Ricotta And Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna sheets
  • 300 grams of spinach
  • 150 grams of ricotta
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 onion
  • Tomato sauce in the necessary quantity
  • Grated cheese to taste

For the bechamel

  • 2 tablespoons of flour or cornstarch (20 g)
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of butter (20 g)
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg

  • To start, sauté the washed spinach with a little oil, drain and reserve.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of flour (600 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (4 g)
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup oil (55 ml)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

For the filling

  • 1 kg of ricotta
  • ½ kg of spinach
  • 300 grams of ham in strips
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

For the sauce

  • ½ cup of oil (110 ml)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ½ liter of tomato puree
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Oregano, chili pepper, salt, pepper, chopped parsley

To sprinkle

  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

  • Start with the dough: To start, sift the flour with the salt into a bowl.
  • Next, make a hole in the middle and add the oil and eggs, mix well until a firm dough forms.
