  • To start, wash the mushrooms and make sure to remove any dirt they may contain. Carefully remove the foot so that the mushroom does not break. If they are in good condition, they can be reserved for use in other dishes, such as a rice stew or a pasta sauce.
  • Next, cut the cheese into cubes the same size as the mushrooms.
  • Place the mushrooms on a tray and fill with the cheese. Season each one of them and pour a little olive oil on top. Put in the microwave and cook for 4 minutes at maximum power.
