It is very important to change this habit since the ideal is to have a light dinner two or three hours in advance before going to bed. This allows time for digestion and helps avoid sleep interruptions.
  • Avoid the consumption of stimulants:  The consumption of alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, teas and coffee can directly influence sleep problems because they contain stimulants.
  • Avoid the use of tablets, cell phones or any other device:  If you want to have a good quality of sleep and rest better, you should avoid the use of tablets, cell phones, televisions and any other electronic device. Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of cocoa butter (50 g).
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil (60 ml).
  • 20 drops of lavender oil.
  • 12 drops of chamomile essential oil.
  • 10 drops of eucalyptus oil.

What should you do?

  • In a small saucepan, melt the cocoa butter together with the coconut oil in a double boiler.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes and then add the rest of the essential oils.
  • It is put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and used when it has a creamy consistency.

How to use

  • Take a small amount of the ointment and apply it with a gentle massage on your feet or the feet of your children before going to sleep. This massage will help you relax and fall asleep more quickly.
  • Put on your socks and immediately go to bed.

Keep in mind!

This natural product is an alternative to sleep problems. Being natural, it can be applied in children over 5 years of age.

However, this remedy does not work as a cure for chronic sleep disorders, which must be treated by a specialist. It is essential to consult a doctor in case of recurrent sleep problems.
